Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?Unfortunately, orders cannot be edited or canceled after they are placed. We process and ship them very quickly.

I placed an order but entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@kruisekit.com. We’ll do our best to update the address before your order ships. However, if the order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to make changes. In that case, you can try contacting the carrier directly to reroute the package. Please note that we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Did my order go through successfully?After placing an order, you should receive a confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam folder just in case. If you don’t see the email, please contact us and we'll confirm if your order was received or not.

I'm having trouble placing an order. What can I do?Make sure you enter the billing address linked to your credit card. If the issue persists, you may need to use a different form of payment. If you're still experiencing issues, please contact us and we'll help you place an order.

I have a promo code. How do I use it?At checkout, click on "PROMO CODE" below your shopping bag and enter the promo code in the box. Keep in mind that only one promo code can be applied per order.

What payment methods are accepted?We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Klarna is also available as a payment option.

What is your return policy?We want you to love your Kruise Kit. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Please contact our customer service team at support@kruisekit.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return. You can refer to our return policy page for more information.

Can I exchange my product for something else?If you’d like to exchange your Kruise Kit for a different model or color, you have up to 14 days from the delivery date to do so. You can contact our customer service team at support@kruisekit.com to start the exchange process. Your new item will be shipped once we receive the original product.

Do I need to pay for return/exchange shipping costs?Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns or exchanges, even if a promo code was used for free shipping on the original order. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us with your order number and photos of the damage/defect. In such cases, we will provide a shipping label at no cost to you. Once we receive the damaged product, we will ship out a replacement to you.

What happens if I shipped my return but no longer have the card I used to pay?Your refund will still go back onto the card used on your order as long as the account is still open - we do not have the ability to issue a refund to anything other than the original payment method used for purchase. Even if a card is lost, stolen or cancelled, we are still able to refund the same card. We cannot refund your order to a different card. For example, if it was your Chase account, the money will just go back into the same account that the card was linked to. In these instances, refunds can take a little longer. If you still haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please get in touch with your bank or card provider.

I lost my lube bottle. How do I know which replacement size to buy?The 1.5 oz lube bottle is designed to fit inside the Standard Edition and Slim Edition Kruise Kit. The 2 oz lube bottle is designed to fit inside the Smoker Edition Kruise Kit.
