RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging and condition. Gift cards and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@kruisekit.com with your order number and a reason for the return or exchange. We will provide instructions for returning your order. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange, as applicable. Items returned in used condition will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

REFUNDS

Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return + exchange shipping costs, even if the original order qualified for free shipping. All returns must include original packaging.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@kruisekit.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. Once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or replacement. Damaged items must be returned and received by us before a refund or replacement can be processed.
