RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges for products purchased from Kruise Kit within 14 days from the delivery date. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for gift cards or sale items.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@kruisekit.com with your order number and a reason for the return or exchange. We will provide instructions for returning your order. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange, as applicable. If a return is received in a used condition, it will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be issued.

REFUND OPTIONS

Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns or exchanges, except in cases of damaged or defective products. This applies even if the original order qualified for free shipping. Please ensure items are packaged in their original packaging.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We apologize if you received a damaged or defective product. Every order is carefully inspected and packaged to prevent unforeseen issues. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@kruisekit.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will resolve this by issuing a refund or sending a replacement. Damaged items must be returned and received by us before a refund or replacement can be processed.
