Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey to your doorstep. Please note, orders cannot be edited or canceled once placed, as we process them quickly.

While we aim for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including weather, customs delays, or carrier issues like lost packages. Kruise Kit is not responsible for incorrect shipping details entered at checkout. Please double-check your address for accuracy before placing your order.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS

If you enter the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at  support@kruisekit.com. We’ll attempt to update the address before shipping. If the order has already been processed, please contact the carrier directly to reroute the package. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $60 or more. Discount will be automatically applied at checkout. For orders under $60, applicable shipping fees will apply based on your location and selected shipping method. International shipping costs vary based on which shipping option is selected at checkout.
