Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey to your doorstep. Please be aware that orders cannot be edited or canceled once placed.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we aim for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances including weather, customs delays, or carrier issues like lost or stolen packages. Kruise Kit is not responsible for incorrect shipping details entered at checkout. Please double check your address for accuracy before placing your order. ​

SHIPPING COSTS

Free standard shipping is offered for U.S. orders of $75 or more — no code needed; the discount applies automatically at checkout.

 

Orders under $75 will be charged shipping based on your location and selected shipping method.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

​

Kruise Kit offers optional Shipping Protection at checkout for an additional $3. If selected and paid for, your order is eligible for one free replacement if your package is lost or stolen after it ships.

 

Shipping Protection must be purchased at the time of checkout to qualify. Lost or stolen packages without Shipping Protection are not eligible for replacements once marked as delivered by the carrier.

 

To request a replacement, customers must:

• Contact us within 3 days of the marked delivery date at support@kruisekit.com

• Provide a case number from the carrier’s lost package claim process (we can guide you through it)

 

We reserve the right to deny claims in cases of suspected fraud or repeated issues.
