b. Exclusions: Items such as poppers, condoms, lube, lighters, and  pre-rolled joints are not included with Kruise Kit purchases. These items are depicted for illustrative purposes only.

c. Included Items: Each Kruise Kit includes a 1.5oz silicone bottle OR a 2oz silicone bottle, depending on which model is purchased.

d. Order Placement: Orders are placed through our website. You agree to pay the total cost, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

III. PRICING + PAYMENTS

a. Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. A currency converter is available for reference; however, orders are billed in USD.

b. Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards and other methods listed at checkout.

IV. SHIPPING + DELIVERY

a. Shipping Policy: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method. For details, see our Delivery + Returns page.

b. Delivery Issues: Kruise Kit is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or other unforeseen issues. Please double-check your address for accuracy before placing an order. If your package is lost in transit, contact support@kruisekit.com for assistance.

 

V. RETURNS + REFUNDS

b. Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Return Policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective products.

a. Intended Use: Our products are for personal use only. Use responsibly and adhere to local laws.

b. Poppers Disclaimer: Poppers are often marketed as nail polish remover or solvent cleaners and generally contain chemicals such as Amyl Nitrite, Isobutyl Nitrite, Butyl Nitrite, Pentyl Nitrite, and Isopropyl Nitrite, which are meant for specific industrial uses and are not intended for human consumption as inhalants or for skin contact. Misuse of these chemicals can be hazardous to your health. We urge all customers to use such products responsibly by following local laws, regulations, and manufacturer instructions. Side effects of using poppers as inhalants include: Dizziness or Lightheadedness, Headaches, Increased Heart Rate, and Nausea.

c. Kruise Kit does not endorse unsafe sex practices. Condoms are not included with any Kruise Kit purchase. You are encouraged to purchase them separately and carry them inside your Kruise Kit. Regular STD/HIV testing is highly encouraged.

d. Cannabis: Users must be 21+ to use or purchase cannabis products. The L Kruise Kit is recommended for users aged 21+. Kruise Kit does not promote or encourage the use of any substances, including cannabis. ​
